Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional live chat support to American Express customers, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize your knowledge of American Express products and services to provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on American Express products, services, and policies

Requirements:
