Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, being attentive to their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Manage customer orders with accuracy, perform transactions precisely, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Support the efficient management of inventory by assisting with restocking, reordering, and returns, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety, productivity, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of home improvement products and tools is an asset.
  • Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Endurance to stand, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to operate ladders and other equipment safely and effectively.
