Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional client service, responding to requests and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Surprise and delight clients with innovative solutions and personalized attention, ensuring no one falls through the cracks
  • Manage client profiles, bookings, and travel arrangements, including flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge-related details
  • Prepare client documents, travel tips, and preferences, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service
  • Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data-driven decision making
  • Set schedules, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, providing emergency support outside of normal office hours
  • Continuously grow and develop your skills, implementing tools and strategies to enhance our remote workplace culture and drive success
