This remote opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $46,000 to $93,000 per year, depending on experience, plus eligibility for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will support client managers, service delivery teams, and clients in achieving their goals, resolving concerns, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client managers, service delivery teams, and clients with day-to-day travel program management, action plans, and issue resolution
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries, lead monthly client reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to drive results
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, lead new product implementations, and identify opportunities for process improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • Business travel industry expertise and knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo & Amadeus) preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to draw meaningful insights from data and proactively resolve issues
  • Experience building strong, inclusive relationships in a diverse global work environment
