As a crucial member of our support team, you'll work independently to deliver exceptional online support to our customers through live chat and social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and engaging experience for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, issue discount codes, and assist with sales links.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints or questions, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Reliable access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a stable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively online.
  • Entry-level position; no prior experience in live chat or customer support required (full training provided).
  • Must be able to work independently and follow instructions closely.
