We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our remote team! As a Live Chat Support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and fostering strong relationships between clients and our company.

Job Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you will work independently, responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via live chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints
  • Offering sales links, discounts, and solutions to customer concerns
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
