Job Summary:

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues, provide product information, and offer tailored support to ensure seamless integration of Google Translate services. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while contributing to the development of our customer support strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to stay up-to-date on product developments and resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Google Translate products and services, including features, functionality, and technical requirements
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to internal stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement of our customer support processes
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handling time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably in a cloud-based or software industry
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience in virtualization, cloud computing, or related technologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
