We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Food and Consumables Coach. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, developing and leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening, with a focus on driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, utilizing the One Best Way (OBW) service model, and provide guidance and support to store associates
  • Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas, through effective management of P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements

  • 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote office environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, or a related field
  • Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with a focus on performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
  • Completion of the Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, and other job-required trainings and assessments
