Position Summary
- Compensation: Competitive salary ($12 - $14 per hour)
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
- Location: Remote (with opportunities for in-center and hybrid instruction)
- Schedule: Part-time role with flexible hours
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students
- Participate in positive interactions with parents and establish a high level of confidence and program value
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
- Assess students' progress and work collaboratively with team members
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework
- Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment
Qualifications
- A passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- Willingness to learn and be trained
