In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and coaching, and provide feedback to drive performance and growth
• Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing business initiatives
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop and implement action plans to resolve customer complaints and improve the overall customer experience
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, and ensure diversity and inclusion awareness
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, drive business results, and implement change initiatives
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
