We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Leading and developing teams through teaching, training, and coaching
• Driving financial performance and sales growth through effective budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer needs are met
• Developing and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
• Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates
• Coordinating and completing job-related activities and assignments
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
