Job Description:

• Conducting fitness assessments and evaluations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
• Designing and implementing personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's needs and objectives
• Providing expert guidance and support during training sessions, ensuring clients perform exercises correctly and safely
• Monitoring clients' progress, adjusting workout plans, and setting new goals to ensure continuous improvement
• Educating clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness to complement their fitness routines
• Maintaining a clean and organized training environment, including equipment upkeep and safety measures
• Staying current with industry trends and certifications to offer the latest fitness techniques and advice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivational and inspirational coaching abilities
• Ability to adapt training techniques to suit clients of various fitness levels and backgrounds
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
