Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including feeding, meal preparation, light housework, incontinence care, mobility support, and personal hygiene
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring each client receives tailored support and attention
• Offer emotional and social support, companionship, and engagement to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
• Arrange transportation to and from appointments, errands, and social activities as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting client progress, health status, and any changes or concerns

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
• Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Reliable means of transportation to and from work
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness
• Experience working with Alzheimer's or dementia care (desired)
• Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation (required)
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness, with a passion for delivering exceptional client care
