We're seeking an exceptional Senior IT Manager to spearhead our Enterprise Data Platform team, driving the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge data ingest and serving patterns. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a talented development team in crafting, testing, and deploying scalable data solutions, ensuring seamless data transfer and ingestion
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and timely feedback to foster career growth and excellence within the team
• Architect and lead cloud infrastructure activities, creating robust design patterns and ensuring best practices for data curation and serving solutions in GCP
• Optimize designs and processes to accelerate time-to-market for new products, advancing enterprise data standards and metadata management
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to ensure frictionless data transfer and drive business growth through data-driven insights

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in designing and building large-scale data ingestion, storage, and processing solutions
• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming, with a strong proficiency in Python
• 3+ years of experience leading teams that deploy enterprise data and analytics solutions, with a proven track record of success
• 3+ years of experience architecting, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise data solutions in cloud platforms, with expertise in GCP
• Broad cloud application and infrastructure architectural experience, with a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts
• Experience with data processing tools such as Airflow, Apache Beam, and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and processes, with experience in Git source code repositories and GitLab
