Key Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients to provide financial education and guidance
• Identify and prioritize key opportunities for growth and development
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
• Attend weekly training sessions on Zoom to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Utilize Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and provide financial analysis and illustrations

Requirements

• Valid Social Security Number (US Citizen or Green Card holder)
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 3+ years of customer interaction experience in any industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
