Cargo Operations Strategist Company: DHL As a Cargo Operations Strategist at DHL, you will oversee the efficient movement and management of products within our logistics operations. You will utilize powered equipment to handle, organize, and verify shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to high-quality standards that meet customer expectations. Cargo Operations Strategist Key Responsibilities: • Operate powered equipment to load, relocate, stack, and verify products, ensuring accuracy in shipments. • Organize and retrieve products for shipment or storage, verifying types and quantities against customer orders. • Scrutinize product quality, labeling, and addresses to ensure precise outbound shipments. • Maintain and replace equipment batteries or LP tanks as needed, ensuring continuous operational efficiency. • Identify and document discrepancies such as product shortages or overages (OS&D). • Ensure cleanliness and organization of facilities and equipment through daily inspections. • Support physical inventory processes as required. What We Seek: • Preferably 6-12 months of prior warehouse experience. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to teamwork. • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. • Forklift operation experience preferred.
