Position Summary The AI-Driven Customer Service Tools Instructor [Level 1] will create and deliver an online course that covers AI-driven tools used in customer service operations. This includes automated chatbots, AI-powered CRM systems, and other machine learning applications designed to enhance customer experience. The course will be published on YouTube, and compensation will be based on a one-time revenue share from the earnings generated within the first year of the video being posted. The instructor will be expected to dedicate 2 hours per day to the creation of content, tutorials, and engaging with learners. Responsibilities • Course Creation: Develop a comprehensive curriculum focused on AI-powered customer service tools such as chatbots, virtual assistants, AI-based CRM platforms, and predictive analytics. • Tool Demonstrations: Provide live demonstrations and tutorials on the usage of popular AI customer service tools like Zendesk AI, Drift, Intercom, and others. • Content Creation: Record professional and engaging lecture videos that explain both the technical and practical applications of AI tools in customer service. • Real-World Applications: Showcase case studies and examples of how AI tools improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and reduce costs in customer support functions. • Data Interpretation: Teach learners how to interpret AI-driven data for making informed customer service decisions. • Learner Engagement: Interact with students through comments, Q&A sessions, and encourage active participation. • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI tools and customer service trends and incorporate these updates into the course content. Required Qualifications • Expertise in AI Tools: Proficiency in AI-driven customer service technologies, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-powered CRM tools. • Experience: Hands-on experience in customer service environments that utilize AI technologies, or experience with the implementation and management of AI tools in customer service operations. • Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex AI concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to a wide audience. • Teaching or Mentoring Experience: Previous experience in creating educational content or teaching in a related field. • Time Commitment: Availability for 2 hours per day to create content, record videos, and interact with students. Preferred Qualifications • Educational Background: Degree or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Customer Service, or Business Administration. • Experience with Specific Tools: Knowledge of AI platforms like Dialogflow, Chatfuel, IBM Watson, or Salesforce Einstein. • Data Analysis Skills: Understanding of how to analyze customer service data generated by AI tools. • E-Learning Experience: Experience in creating online courses, tutorials, or similar educational content. Skills and Competencies • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI-powered customer service platforms and tools. • Instructional Design: Ability to create engaging, structured, and easy-to-follow instructional materials for diverse learners. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to show how AI tools improve customer service and enhance customer experience. • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage 2 hours of daily commitment for content creation and interaction with students. • Adaptability: Willingness to continuously update content and stay informed about new trends in AI and customer service.
