Packing and Shipping Manager - Winter Park Florida
• This is a new position and an opportunity to help design and implement all shipping-related processes within the team. Fulfillment has always been an afterthought but we need a strong candidate that can modernize and make our shipping department efficient.* Our Shipping Manager will be responsible for various tasks such as packaging, verifying content for shipping, receiving packages, ordering supplies, leading and managing staff. Their main goal is to always ensure timely, accurate and secure shipping and distribution. To be successful in this position, you must be well-versed in budgeting and reporting, organized, have good leadership skills and communicate well. Increasingly, a shipping manager must be comfortable working with information systems and reporting to other management on activities and issues. Some other duties include but are not limited to scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock, receiving, stocking, stacking, pulling, packing, and loading. A strong sense of urgency and organizational skills are required. What Do I Get Paid?
