Website details: B2C team: www.family1st.io B2B Team: www.matrackinc.com We are looking for a go-getter Business Development Manager with GPS Tracker and Sales Experience in India and US to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Position Overview: Highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager with a track record of success in selling GPS tracker solutions to companies in both India and the United States. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, who can create and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of GPS tracking technology and its applications, as well as the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Responsibilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales of GPS tracker solutions in the US markets. • Identify and target potential customers, including logistics and transportation companies, fleet operators, and other businesses that can benefit from GPS tracking technology. • Identify target segment needs and aim at the highest customer experience. • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, conducting effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion. • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure effective positioning and promotion of GPS tracker solutions. • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team. • Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in GPS tracking • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Requirements and skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with American and Punjabi clientele. • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a related role • Experienced in lead generation and CRM • Proven sales track record • Should have experience developing businesses in the international market, especially in the US, in GPS tracking or similar products. • Proficiency in English • Market knowledge • Communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport • Time management and planning skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ?600,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund • Work from home Schedule: • Monday to Friday • US shift Supplemental Pay: • Commission pay Application Question(s): • Have you filled the google form given in the JD? • Do you have any medical condition that prevents you from doing night shift? • Are you okay with working from home?
