The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the BPO industry and proven expertise in securing BPO projects. Your primary responsibility will be to bring profitable BPO projects to our company while fostering long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and secure BPO projects for the company. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth onboarding of projects. • Negotiate terms and agreements that are beneficial for both parties. • Stay updated on market trends and client requirements in the BPO sector. Requirements: • Proven track record of acquiring BPO projects or partnerships. • Strong network in the BPO and outsourcing industry. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver results on a commission/profit-sharing basis. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
