Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
