We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Engineering Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with our Senior Director of Business Insight to design and implement data systems that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing data collection tools and statistical methods to gather, analyze, and interpret research data
• Developing and maintaining complex statistical databases and performing data entry
• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Creating detailed reports for management and other stakeholders, and presenting findings to colleagues and partners
• Training technical teams on data organization and analysis best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy and growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 7+ years of business intelligence and analysis experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a business intelligence or analysis team
• Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
