Job Type Full-Time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Responsibilities 1. Provide online support for Apple products. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions. 3. Guide customers through technical processes. 4. Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. 6.
