Job Title : Oracle Fusion with Payroll Experience Consultant Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
• The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & client IT, gather technical requirements, and develop solution.
• The candidate should have a minimum two years of experience in Oracle Cloud - Payroll Implementation and/or support projects.
• Should have working exposure on either Oracle Fusion absence or OTL .
• Should have good understanding of Oracle Cloud - Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, as well as HDL.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects
• Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support
• Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
• Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables. Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution.
• Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation
• Should be able to understand end-to-end system integrations and capture details and demonstrate in flow diagrams.
• Must Have the ability to identify gaps and risks in the system process flow and report them to the architect/design team
