HOURS/WEEK: 20 hours/ week SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST SHIFT HOURS: 12pm - 4pm EST SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday Number of VAs: 1 GENDER PREFERENCE: N/A LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English ACCENT PREFERENCE: Neutral REGION PREFERENCES: N/A Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help drive the growth of our real estate business through strategic lead generation and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will specialize in locating motivated property sellers—specifically pre-foreclosures, tax-delinquent properties, and vacant lots—and pre-qualifying them for creative financing acquisitions such as subject-to-existing-mortgage deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential property leads in target markets (pre-foreclosures, tax lien properties, vacant lots)
  • Pre-qualify leads based on criteria provided by the business owner
  • Contact property owners and conduct initial screening via phone
  • Set appointments for follow-up calls or property visits
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and communication
  • Coordinate and update property data, including lot dimensions (e.g., 50x100)
  • Provide daily or weekly reports of lead status and progress

Tools & Systems:

  • Use of a dialer system (e.g., Mojo, RingCentral) – VA will need to be comfortable learning a system provided by the client
  • Communication tools (email, voice messaging)
  • Optional: Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking systems (a plus but not required)

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in real estate lead generation or outbound calling preferred
  • Basic understanding of creative real estate acquisition strategies (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working with U.S. real estate investors
  • Familiarity with pre-foreclosure and tax lien lead databases
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
