Small Cell RF Engineer

Looking for an Small Cell RF Engineer (Remote)- Must be in the USA

Key Responsibilities

• Support NCIF (Node Configuration Information File) creation
• Review proposal designs with financial acumen and understanding of fiber scope
• Lead in-building DOT (radio) deployments including COP review and RSRP coverage analysis
• Manage market/vendor design intakes, inquiries, and coverage analysis
• Create and manage RFDS documents
• Work cross-functionally with market RF teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Previous experience deploying small cells (as Construction Manager or Project Manager)
• Familiarity with Extenet or Crown Castle fiber/small cell orgs
• Strong understanding of RF propagation and design principles
• Hands-on experience with Atoll
• T-Mobile experience preferred (especially Metro by T-Mobile)
