Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our valued customers. This is a fully remote position that requires a flexible and action-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving post-sales issues, and providing effective solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service by being proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing role a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Availability to work 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or healthcare

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems)
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
