Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply financial concepts such as budgeting, debt elimination, insurance, investing, and retirement
- Use our Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) tool to assess and support client needs
- Help families get properly protected and on track toward financial independence
- Obtain and maintain licenses in life insurance, investments (SIE, Series 6 & 63), and mortgage (NMLS)
- Build and lead a team of licensed agents (optional leadership track)
Career Tracks Agent Track
- Start part-time while training
- Work around your current job, school, or family schedule
- Ideal for career changers, students, and motivated self-starters
Leadership & Ownership Track
- Build and lead a team of professionals
- Develop passive income and long-term equity
- Receive ongoing mentorship and business development support
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within a proven system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
