Digital Marketing Manager - Concord Hospitality Enterprises (Remote Work Opportunity)

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager. (This is a remote role). Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role in leading and executing Concord’s outlined digital strategy across our hotels, restaurants, and other outlets. This role is responsible for managing Concord’s e-commerce business presence, driving topline e-commerce revenue, and providing a high-quality level of support. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee implementation of digital marketing plans
  • Execute all prescribed tasks for a set of assigned hotels, restaurants and/or outlets in a timely and effective manner as set forth by the Concord digital marketing team
  • Manage and lead a set of properties and outlets, responsible for the ecommerce strategy and performance for those properties.
  • Research industry and competitive trends, gather data identifying opportunities and insights
  • Assist and execute the strategy and plans of the digital marketing department
  • Attend brand trainings
  • Communicate with property personnel and business stakeholders, respond in a timely manner to digital marketing and direct requests
  • Execute digital market audits and assessments across key digital channels. Ensure that digital content and collateral aligned with brand standards and policies
  • Create and evaluate Hotel package/deals/specials
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives as laid forth by the VP of Digital Marketing
  • Search Engine Optimization and Content Optimization across key digital channels
  • Create, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns. Modify campaigns based on ROI analysis.
  • Performance reporting on digital efforts
  • Coordination of Digital Media and Imagery
  • Assistance with digital marketing training, awareness, and communication operations
  • Travel to hotels as requested by the Vice President of Digital Marketing

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in a measurable role with a focus on marketing or digital strategy
  • Hospitality Digital Marketing/Ecommerce Experience preferred
  • Media Management, SEO, Website & Social Media Management
  • Agency/On-Property/Relevant Travel Company Experience
  • Professional Communication Skills both verbal and written, ability to coordinate
  • Comprehensive knowledge of concepts and strategies in the fields of digital marketing and/or hospitality marketing
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organization, time management and project management skills. Ability to plan and think critically and creatively
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and execute set processes
  • Strong initiative and work ethic, ability to work with limited supervision
