Virtual Assistant for Boutique Nanny Agency – Reception + Community Outreach (Part-Time)

Description: Neuronanny is a boutique nanny agency specializing in high-quality, neurodiverse-informed care for families across the U.S. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and self-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team in a dual role as a Receptionist and Community Liaison. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and messages while also reaching out to potential referral partners like pediatricians, family lawyers, and country clubs. This is a fully remote, part-time position with a hybrid pay model (retainer + per task + performance bonuses). Ideal for someone who enjoys both communication and relationship-building. ? Responsibilities: • Answer and route incoming calls using our Talkroute system • Return missed calls and check voicemail daily • Email and call referral partners (clinics, clubs, attorneys, etc.) • Track outreach efforts using Google Sheets or Asana • Send follow-ups and referral packets using prewritten templates • Submit weekly updates on outreach progress and results ? Compensation: • Monthly Retainer: $150–$200 for availability during business hours • Per Task Rate: • $5 per completed outreach call • $3 per outreach email or admin task • Bonuses: • $25 for each confirmed referral partner • $100 for each new client who signs on through your outreach ? Availability: • Monday–Friday: 10 AM–2 PM MST • Saturday–Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM MST ? Payment & Milestone Structure (Fixed-Price Project): This is an ongoing, monthly position. We’ll start with a fixed-price contract for the first month ($250), which includes a base retainer and an estimated number of outreach tasks. Future work will be continued through monthly milestone extensions, which will reflect that month’s tasks and bonus achievements. This structure is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, part-time work with performance-based bonuses.
