FAA Data Analytics Project Manager (Remote | Wash, DC | Public Trust)

About Strategic Innovation Group Role (SIG) is looking to hire a ½ time Data Analytics Project Manager consultant who will play a pivotal role in assisting the Data Strategy team in developing and executing data-driven initiatives. The primary responsibility will be the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders and helping to coordinate meetings with stakeholders, and documenting results of technical data discussions for distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the effective implementation of data strategies and the seamless integration of data analytics into the organization's decision-making processes. Salary: $100 - $110 per hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must have FAA experience. Preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Help coordinate meetings with stakeholders, and document results of technical data discussions for distribution. Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and document for the data team in order to support decision-making. Act as a liaison between the Data Strategy team and other business units, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Assist in managing data strategy projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to the Data Strategy Manager. Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the organization. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in data analytics project management. Outstanding organization and presentation skills. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data strategy and analytics. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in a related field. JOB TYPE: Part-time JOB LOCATION: DC Metro Area, Remote Remote work flexibility.
