Produce Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Produce Associate. As a Produce Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our produce department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing for our members. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong attention to detail, and a love for fresh produce, we want you on our team! Greet and welcome members as they enter the produce department. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked produce department at all times. Assist members in finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Handle all produce products with care to ensure freshness and quality. Receive and stock incoming produce shipments according to company standards. Rotate and arrange produce displays to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) method is followed. Monitor and maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in the produce department. Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for members and team members. Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate records of produce stock levels. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all departments are functioning smoothly. Address and resolve any member complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on current produce trends and promotions to effectively assist members. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills. Work efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet daily and weekly goals.
