Container Welder/Fabricator - Evening Shift ($23-$27 per hour)

About the position Weinberger Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is seeking an experienced Evening Shift Welder in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves maintaining roll-off containers using MIG and Stick welding techniques, performing repairs, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position offers a competitive pay range and a $5,000 stay-on bonus. Responsibilities ? Maintain roll-off containers using MIG/STICK welding techniques. , ? Perform repairs and inspections on containers and other equipment. , ? Assist team members with repairs as needed. , ? Interact professionally and courteously with drivers when required. , ? Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards. , ? Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirements ? Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques (2 years required). , ? Basic tool set. , ? Hydraulic experience is a plus. , ? Spanish language proficiency (required). Nice-to-haves ?
