ASSOCIATE INSURANCE COMPLIANCE OFFICER, DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
The California Department of Insurance is the consumer protection agency for the nation's largest insurance marketplace. They are seeking an Associate Insurance Compliance Officer to independently examine files, resolve issues, and handle complaints or violations of insurance laws.
Responsibilities

- Conduct more complex and varied field claims examinations of property & casualty or life & health insurers
- Protect the insurance consumer from unfair claims settlement practices
- Ensure licensees comply with California insurance law
