Airbnb Cleaner Part Time

We're looking for a couple more people to join our growing Airbnb and Airbnb cleaning business. The owner of the company will personally train you or pair you up with another experienced cleaner for you to be best prepared to be sent on jobs on your own. This is not a regular house cleaning job, Airbnbs require staging skills and an overall attention to the small details. If little details drive you crazy, don't apply! If making your bed perfectly, or placing items in a specific way in your own house or workplace, we'd love to appreciate you for you being you! We prefer taking on cleaners who have their own clients and jobs and are looking to get their schedule more filled with us. This will be part time work. Jobs are from 10AM-4PM weekdays, and weekends around your own schedule. If you can't work during those times, please don't apply. We love working with independent cleaners who can take directions and are meticulous with quality. We have all the supportive tools you need- admin staff to make scheduling seamless. Storage closets in each property with extra supplies and replenishables. Being surrounded by other team members who also have a high standard for themselves. No more working with people who do the bare minimum! We meet multiple times a year where the team gets together for barbecues and dinners. We have extremely high standards for our Airbnbs and are highly communicative. Our cleaners stay with us long term because we look after each other! Responsibilities • Record a "pre-clean video" of Airbnb • Complete step by step checklist for each property • Send "post-clean photos" • We send jobs 1-2 weeks in advance Qualifications • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning not needed, but helps • Must be a team player as you will be interacting with the admin team for scheduling, but also, will be assisting more experienced cleaners on some jobs • Any disrespectful behavior is no tolerated • Reliable transportation is a must • You must bring your own supplies Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • 4 hour shift Supplemental Pay: • Anniversary bonus • Performance bonus • Tips Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Antonio, TX 78205 Apply Job!
