Key Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Focus Group Panelists, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Demonstrating a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Following oral and written instructions, and reading and understanding written materials
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
