Customer Service Specialist

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a highly motivated full-time Customer Service Specialist who can provide a world-class customer service experience in our Coatesville, PA office. Primary Job Functions: • Answer general incoming calls, texts, and emails • Schedule customer appointments • Call customers to confirm appointments • Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed • Handle filing system to ensure effective, accurate, and easily retrievable documentation • Invoicing • Collaborate and support the team to provide responsive customer service • Some AR/AP tasks when assigned Office Support Specialist Qualifications: • 2 years or more of experience as office support/customer service • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Quickbooks knowledge is a plus, but not required • Strong Organizational skills • Must be able to multi-task proficiently • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members • Must have the highest integrity, including the ability to treat confidential information appropriately Are you an organized and detail-oriented office professional?
