Key Responsibilities • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely execution. • Email Management: Oversee the inbox, respond to communications, and maintain professionalism and clarity. • Outreach & Coordination: Assist in reaching out to potential clients and partners while ensuring effective communication. • Project & Task Management: Utilize tools like ClickUp or Notion to manage projects and adhere to deadlines. • Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring transparent communication. • Research & Sourcing: Conduct research to inform business decisions and deliver well-structured reports. • Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Use platforms like Loom to communicate updates and processes effectively. Required Skills • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. • Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with marketing tools such as website builders, Google Analytics, and visual design platforms like Canva is advantageous. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools (experience with Slack, ClickUp, and Loom is a plus!). Qualifications • Prior remote work experience is mandatory; you should be adept at working independently while maintaining productivity. • A curious mindset and willingness to learn about new topics. • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred, but motivated learners are encouraged to apply.
