Job Summary As a Sales Operations intern, you will work alongside talented, energetic professionals who are #inserviceto the sales team that is helping cloud-native SaaS companies, startups, and fast-growing Enterprise "lines of business" adopt our platform value. While currently focused on Equinix Metal, this team can impact digital-native selling across Equinix's entire digital services portfolio. The Sales Operations team is a global group of enthusiastic, knowledgeable people who take joy in finding a better way, enabling others, and are a bit obsessed with data quality and workflow processes. As an intern, you will have exposure to sales cadence, sales workflow, customer relationship management systems (Salesforce), data reporting, and data analytics. Responsibilities • Optimize sales workflow by analyzing data, interviewing stakeholders, and recommending incremental improvements • Obsess over data quality and help cleanse, update, and resolve data quality issues • Assist with win reporting and commission calculations • Facilitate lead assignment to the sales team • Shadow and document single points of failure, in support of scale and simplification • Working on current business projects and solutions that will add true value and have a big impact on our business • Opportunity to network and collaborate with other interns (and Sales Operations teams) across the globe • Take part of our summer program with executive speaker series, networking events, project presentations and much more Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
