Remote Membership Sales Associate (Weekends, Evenings)

As a Remote Membership Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to take the first step in their fitness journey while contributing to the growth of our dynamic franchise network. What You’ll Do • Engage & Inspire: Connect with prospective members via phone, email, and social media to understand their goals and introduce them to our programs. • Drive Results: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into members for our flagship brands, including THE MAX Fitness & Wellness and Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping. • Build Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with leads by providing a supportive, empathetic, and informative experience. • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement. • Stay Organized: Manage leads effectively through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and detailed record-keeping. What We’re Looking For • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or related industries. Understanding of what it takes and a desire to engage in robust lead follow up. A focus on speed to lead and speed to message. Call Center experience is a plus! • Passion for Fitness: Excitement for promoting health and wellness and a genuine belief in our mission. • Professional Mindset: Positive, respectful, punctual, reliable, good work ethic, team player. • Outstanding Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and a results-oriented mindset. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual communication tools. • Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to share insights and ideas to enhance overall success.
