Remote Nurse Manager for Waiver Services | WFH

Job Overview We are on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Nurse Manager to oversee our exceptional team of caregivers. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality home-based care services, significantly impacting the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of nurses and caregivers, promoting a nurturing and collaborative environment. • Collaborate with clients and their families to create and implement tailored care plans. • Manage the coordination of services and resources to fulfill the unique needs of each client. • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain high-quality standards. • Partner with healthcare providers and community organizations to facilitate smooth transitions in care. • Advocate for continuous enhancements in care delivery processes. Required Skills • Possession of a current and unrestricted RN license in Colorado. • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a management role within home health or a similar environment. • Comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and related regulations. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. • A deep commitment to providing compassionate and exceptional care. Qualifications • Current RN licensure in Colorado. • A BSN is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree. • 1-2 years of experience managing nursing staff in a home health context.
