Job Description: We are seeking ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. As a remote agent, you will be responsible for helping clients find the best life insurance policies that suit their needs, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere. This is a commission-based position with significant income potential based on your performance. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a client base by proactively reaching out to potential clients (leads provided). • Educate clients on life insurance options and assist in selecting the right coverage. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns throughout the process. • Conduct virtual meetings, consultations, and follow-up calls with clients. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, policies, and regulations in the life insurance industry. • Meet sales targets and contribute to team growth through individual performance. Qualifications: • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus, but not required. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated and driven to achieve high earnings. • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • A passion for helping people protect their financial futures. • Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
