Requirements – Strong communication and problem-solving skills – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively – Proficiency in computer applications and ability to quickly learn new systems – High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace – Previous experience in customer service or travel industry preferred – Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment – Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Responsibilities – Handle incoming customer service inquiries via phone, chat, or email – Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services – Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy – Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience – Provide accurate information on travel policies, pricing, and promotions – Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information – Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve service skills
