Responsibilities – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. – Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes while ensuring accuracy. – Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and offering viable solutions. – Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries. – Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction. – Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions. – Stay informed about Delta Airlines’ policies, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
