Job Description
As a Grubhub Restaurant Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up food orders from our restaurant partners and delivering them to hungry customers. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and excellent customer service skills as you will be the face of Grubhub to our customers.
Responsibilities
– Collect orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner
– Use the Grubhub Driver app to track orders and navigate to restaurants and customer addresses
– Maintain professionalism with restaurant staff and customers
– Adhere to all traffic and safety laws
– Keep your vehicle clean and in good working order
Requirements
– Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
– Reliable vehicle
– Smartphone with data plan for the Grubhub Driver app
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Ability to handle heavy food orders
– Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience
Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service would be a plus but is not a requirement. We provide all our drivers with comprehensive paid training to ensure they can provide the best service to our customers.
