Description:

As a Customer Success Manager at Salesforce, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will work closely with our sales, support, and product teams to provide a seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and ensure our solutions meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address clients’ concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
  • Deliver regular reports on account status and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
