Job Description
As a Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines, you are the face of our airline and embody our reputation for friendly, reliable, and accommodating service. Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights

– Handle emergencies and provide guidance to passengers when needed
– Participate in regular training sessions and refreshers
Requirements
– Minimum age of 20 years
– High school diploma or GED equivalent
– Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to travel freely within and outside the U.S.
– Ability to reach overhead bins and carry supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
– Willingness to operate on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
– Pass a background check, including finger printing and a drug screen
– No visible tattoos when in uniform (face, neck, hands, or fingers)
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent (required)
– Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or related fields (advantageous)
Experience
– Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
