Job Description:
As a Whole Foods Market Partner Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering groceries and other products from Whole Foods Market to our customers. You will be the face of both Whole Foods and Amazon Flex, providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Pick up groceries and other products from Whole Foods Market.
– Safely deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
– Provide excellent customer service.
– Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
– Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
– Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license.
– Reliable vehicle with up-to-date insurance.
– A smartphone for app-based delivery instructions.
– Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
– Strong time management skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Educational Qualifications:
No specific educational qualifications are required for this role. However, a high school diploma or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Experience:
