Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an outstanding shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service. You will be handling customer inquiries, guiding them throughout the store, assisting them in finding the products they need, and executing sales transactions at the cash register.

Responsibilities:

– Greet customers and promptly attend to their needs.

– Assist customers in locating merchandise within the store.

– Handle cash register operations, processing sales accurately and efficiently.

– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

– Assist in the replenishment of stocks.

– Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

– Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.

– Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

– Must be able to work evening shifts, including weekends.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
