Description:
The Retail Stocker will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers always have access to the products they need. Your role will involve organizing shelves, stocking products, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also assist customers in locating items and answer any inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure that shelves and displays are stocked and organized
– Assist customers in locating items in the store
– Maintain store cleanliness and orderly appearance of the store shelves
– Participate in inventory control and restocking procedures
– Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lift and carry heavy items
– Flexibility to work during early morning hours, weekends, and holidays
